Many people think of personal training as a luxury; I see it as an investment in yourself.

Are you keen to get fit but are lacking in confidence and feel nervous about where to start?  Or maybe you already exercise regularly but feel you’re stuck and not making progress anymore.

Personal training isn’t about just giving clients a set of exercises to do.

It’s about understanding you as an individual, so we can then work together to achieve your goals be it losing weight, toning up, running your first ever race or improving on your current fitness levels.

If you’d prefer to personal train online, sessions can be booked for 45 minutes or 60 minutes and you’ll receive a link after the session so you can repeat your workout throughout the week!

How do I start?

Before starting a personal training programme with you, I’ll meet with you to establish where you’re at and how we’re going to work together to achieve your goals.

This includes completing a health and lifestyle questionnaire and an assessment of your posture, flexibility and muscle condition to enable me to design the correct exercise programme for you to get the results you want.  Depending on your goals, and with your agreement, I may also ask you to keep a food diary and take body measurements.

Where can I train?

That’s up to you.  I usually work with clients in the park but can also train with you in your home or garden, on your own or with a partner if you’d prefer.  Finding the time to fit exercise into a busy life can be difficult but personal training gives you the flexibility to choose when and where you train.  I’m happy to train with you at different times each week if your schedule is varied-just work out what suits you.

I currently work throughout Palmers Green, Southgate, Winchmore Hill, Muswell Hill and Finchley areas.

Can I book up single Personal Training sessions?

Yes- I offer both single sessions as well as block bookings and am happy to discuss which is better for you depending on your goals.


Personal training online 45 mins – £30.00

Personal training online 60 mins – £40.00

Face to face personal training 1 hour – £60.00

Block booking of 10 sessions – £540.00
