Personal training isn’t about just giving clients a set of exercises to do.
It’s about understanding you as an individual, so we can then work together to achieve your goals be it losing weight, toning up, running your first ever race or improving on your current fitness levels.
If you’d prefer to personal train online, sessions can be booked for 45 minutes or 60 minutes and you’ll receive a link after the session so you can repeat your workout throughout the week!
