Most of us know what healthy foods are but time, cost and motivation can all get in the way of sticking to a healthy, balanced diet. Other factors such as stress can also have a huge impact on achieving the results you want.
A healthy balanced diet is not about banning or omitting any foods or food groups but to balance what you eat by consuming a variety of foods in the right proportions. As well as what we eat, it's also about how we eat and our attitudes to food.
At North London Nutrition we work with you as an individual rather than providing a one-size fits all approach. We have a holistic approach to health and nutrition so that any dietary and lifestyle recommendations are right for you. We know that making changes can be hard so we support you along the way with regular check-ins to see how you are progressing and help with any hurdles you may be finding difficult to overcome. Our aim is to educate, motivate and empower you to take charge of your health-all we need from you is the commitment to make it happen and we'll be there to support you!

Consultations are approximately 60 minutes and prior to it, you will be sent a health questionnaire to complete and be asked to keep a food diary for 3 days. The food diary is a vital part of the consultation so we need to receive it at least 48 hours prior to our appointment. During the consultation, we will discuss your goals, lifestyle, activity and food habits and you'll receive a follow-up report which includes what we've discussed and dietary, lifestyle and exercise recommendations.
Follow-up consultations are recommended particularly if you are trying to lose weight to review your progress and make nutritional modifications to your plan as appropriate.
Consultations are by telephone, Skype or in person in N11. Home visits can be arranged at an additional cost depending on your location.

Food Diary Analysis
If you're looking for general advice on your current diet, particularly if you're looking to lose weight, we also offer food diary analysis. All you need to do is keep a food diary for 3 days then e-mail it to us. We then take a look and provide a report highlighting areas where you can make changes to help you achieve your goals.
