At our outdoor fitness classes, we encourage people of all abilities to work together, challenging those who want to work harder and supporting those who are just getting started.  Our outdoor fitness classes are fun and friendly and every single class is different so you'll always get a great workout.


If you're looking to improve your health and fitness then you'll probably be looking to eat the right food and at North London Fitness we understand that it can be difficult to know what's right for you and to make the right food choices so we also offer one-to-one nutrition consultations.
