Times and locations

Our outdoor fitness sessions are held in the lovely Broomfield Park, Palmers Green, just a minutes walk from Palmers Green rail station. We hold sessions three times a week, on Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings-all sessions are suitable for all abilites.

Tuesdays & Thursdays: 7 - 8 pm:

Tuesdays & Thursdays are our ‘On the Move' sessions where we move around the park using less equipment and utilising more of the parks natural features for a great workout. 

Meeting point: Main gate on Aldermans' Hill

Saturdays 10.15 - 11.15 am:

Saturday outdoor fitness sessions are always held at the bottom of the steps on the large green by the football pitches.  As we don't move around it's easier to leave any bags, bicylcels etc. nearby.
